Quick start
Connect to your first device in a couple of minutes, without complex setup. This guide takes you from installation to your first secured session.
Connect by Vexaro ID
The fastest way to help a user is an attended session: they tell you their Vexaro ID and accept your request. No unattended setup needed.
- 1The user opens the Vexaro Desk app and reads out the 9-digit code.
- 2The operator enters it in the Vexaro Desk app or, on the Team plan and above, in the browser viewer, and requests the connection.
- 3The user confirms access and the secured session begins.
- 4The session is written to the audit log; if your administrator has turned recording on, it is also recorded.
An attended session lasts only while the user allows it and never becomes standing access.
