Feature: unattended access

Unattended access to every device you run

Install the agent on servers, office PCs, point-of-sale terminals and workstations, then connect with the device's access password. Nobody needs to sit at the keyboard, and no back door stays open.

every device you run

Agent-based standing access

Install the lightweight agent on a device and it appears in the console as online, ready for connections that use its access password.

Built for servers and POS

The unattended agent reaches the machines a user rarely sits in front of: workstations, servers, terminals, point-of-sale and branch devices.

Still under control

A device with the agent is not open to everyone: it needs its access password, which can be limited to named Vexaro IDs. The device owner sets which rights a session gets: input, clipboard and file transfer.

Mass rollout

Deploy at scale with the installer, GPO or Intune, and bind agents to your workspace with an organisation token instead of setting up each machine by hand.

How unattended access works

Four steps from a bare machine to a governed, on-demand connection.

1

Install the agent

Download the Windows agent and run it with admin rights, or push it with MDM and Group Policy.

2

Bind to your workspace

The agent registers against your workspace with an organisation token and appears in the console within seconds.

3

Set the access rules

Set an access password on the device, optionally limit it to named Vexaro IDs, and choose the default rights for new sessions.

4

Connect on demand

Operators connect with the password, either view-only or with full control, and each connection is written to your organisation's audit log.

Standing access, not a standing risk

Unattended does not mean ungoverned. Every connection is scoped, logged and reversible.

Roles & rights

Console roles separate what admins, operators and auditors can do.

Session recording

On the Team plan and above, an administrator can turn session recording on and choose where the files are kept: on the remote computer, the operator's computer, or both. Nothing is uploaded to our servers. Unattended sessions handled by the Windows host service in the current beta are not recorded yet.

Session logs

Who connected, when, to which device, with which rights and for how long.

File-transfer control

Switch file transfer on or off in each machine's default session rights.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, if the unattended-access agent is installed on the device and the operator has its access password.

Reach your devices without a site visit

Install the agent on the machines you manage and connect on your terms, with access passwords, per-device rights and a log of every session.
