Use case: healthcare IT
Remote support for healthcare, governed and provable
Support clinical and back-office devices with the user's consent for attended sessions, scoped access, audit logs and recording. These capabilities support healthcare workflows with strict governance requirements.
A note on compliance
Vexaro Desk is in early access. This page describes capabilities that support HIPAA-aligned remote-support workflows: consent, least-privilege access, audit and recording. It does not claim any certification. For our current security posture and how we handle data, see the Trust Center.

The controls that matter when remote access touches sensitive environments.
Consent before access
User devices require explicit approval before a session can start.
Least-privilege roles
Console roles and separation of duties for admins, operators and auditors.
Exportable audit
Every connection logged and provable, with PDF export and SIEM forwarding.
Session recording
On Team and above, sessions can be recorded for investigations and proof of work, with the files kept on your own computers.
Encryption in transit & at rest
TLS for the console, encrypted sessions, and sensitive account fields such as multi-factor secrets encrypted at rest.
Data residency control
Cloud, self-hosted or on-prem: you decide where session data and logs live.
You control where the data lives
For healthcare teams that cannot send data to a vendor cloud, self-hosting keeps session data and logs inside your own infrastructure.
Self-hosted option
Run the console, API and relay inside your perimeter. We do not get access to your session data or logs.
We don't inspect sessions
We record connection metadata for security and audit and do not inspect session content. Direct sessions are end-to-end encrypted; relayed and browser-viewed sessions are not end-to-end encrypted against Vexaro. Session recordings, when your administrator turns them on, stay on your own computers.
Retention by plan
Logs and recording details are kept for your plan's retention period: 30 days on Team, 90 on Business and without a limit on Enterprise. The recording files themselves stay on your own computers.
