Free plan

Free remote desktop for business use

Help colleagues and customers and reach your office computers on the Free plan. Work use is allowed, there is no credit card to enter, and the plan does not expire.

1 operator, 5 devices, up to 2 sessions at a time; up to 5 sessions a day, 30 min each.

What the Free plan includes

It is the same Windows app as on the paid plans, with smaller limits.

Business use allowed

Support customers, help a coworker or fix a computer at a branch office. The Free plan sets no rule on what you use it for; only its limits apply.

Attended access by Vexaro ID

The person at the other computer reads out their 9-digit Vexaro ID and accepts your request. You see their screen and use the mouse and keyboard until either of you ends the session.

One operator, five devices

One operator account and up to five devices in your workspace, with up to 2 sessions at a time. The people you help need no account.

Five sessions a day

Up to 5 sessions a day, 30 minutes each. Basic file transfer and copy and paste work in every session; files copied through the clipboard can be up to 3 MB.

Free for work: how the free versions compare

TeamViewer and AnyDesk have free versions too, meant for personal use. This is what each vendor's own pages say.

Start in four steps

No credit card and no sales call.

1

Create a free account

Sign up with your email address. Once you confirm it, your workspace gets a one-month Team trial, then moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan.

2

Install the Windows app

Download the Windows app from the Download page and install it, or run the portable build without installing. It runs on Windows 10 and later.

3

Get the other person's ID

The person you help opens Vexaro Desk too, with no account, and reads out the 9-digit Vexaro ID it shows.

4

Connect when they accept

Enter the ID and send a request. The session starts as soon as they accept it on their screen.
